Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 6, 2026.
These Terms and Conditions apply to NetFi services in Ireland. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are
NetFi is a trading name of ITpods Ltd, Guinness Enterprise Centre, Taylor's Lane, Dublin 8, D08 XY99, Ireland.
For support or legal requests, contact rent.netfi@gmail.com.
2. Services and Products
NetFi provides internet device rental services in Ireland only, including Mobile Wi-Fi 4G, Mobile Wi-Fi 5G, and Home Router 5G plans.
Service is subject to stock availability, network coverage, and successful payment.
3. Plans and Billing Terms
Monthly Flex is billed monthly and due today includes the first month, a EUR59.99 refundable security deposit.
Annual Prepaid is one upfront payment for 12 months (pay 11 months, one month free), with no deposit and no automatic renewal.
All prices and due-today amounts are shown before payment on checkout.
4. Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
Monthly Flex renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You can cancel from your account. If you cancel, your service remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Annual Prepaid ends automatically at the end of the prepaid term. A new order is required to continue service.
Partial-month refunds are not provided for Monthly Flex. Annual Prepaid refunds are only available where required by applicable law or where NetFi is unable to deliver the contracted service.
5. Delivery, Returns, and Deposit
Delivery is available in Ireland, typically within 1-3 business days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Rental devices remain NetFi property. When your Monthly Flex service ends, the device must be returned within 14 calendar days using NetFi return instructions.
After the device is received, NetFi completes inspection and confirms the deposit outcome within 5 business days.
The EUR59.99 security deposit is refunded after return inspection if the device is received in good working condition. The deposit may be withheld for non-return, loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply if losses exceed the deposit amount.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law. Where applicable, legal withdrawal rights may apply, including any lawful exceptions once service delivery has started.
7. Coverage and Service Quality
Service quality depends on local signal, network conditions, and indoor placement. Stated speeds are theoretical maximums and may vary by address and usage conditions.
8. Liability
NetFi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for service interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control (including third-party network outages, force majeure events, or logistics delays). This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is published on this page with an updated effective date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
