Last updated: May 6, 2026.
NetFi is a trading name of ITpods Ltd, Guinness Enterprise Centre, Taylor's Lane, Dublin 8, D08 XY99, Ireland. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal data when you use NetFi services in Ireland.
1. Data We Collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:
- Account and contact data such as your name, email address, login details, and support contact history.
- Checkout, billing, and delivery data such as your address, selected product, selected billing term, and order history.
- Payment status, invoices, and transaction metadata from Stripe. NetFi does not store full card details on its own systems.
- Technical and website data such as IP address, browser or device details, page paths, and consent-aware attribution fields.
- Coverage-check location inputs you provide, including an Eircode, city, address fragment, or coordinates if you use the optional coverage-check tool.
2. How We Use Data and Legal Bases
We use personal data to:
- Provide and operate Monthly Flex and Annual Prepaid services under the contract you request from us.
- Process checkout, payment, delivery, returns, cancellation workflows, and customer support.
- Maintain account security, prevent abuse or fraud, and protect the site and our operations.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations.
- Measure website performance and campaign efficiency only where the relevant analytics or ads consent exists.
Our main legal bases are performance of contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests relating to security and service operations, and consent for optional analytics or advertising technologies.
3. Consent, Cookies, and Attribution
NetFi uses consent controls for optional tracking technologies. Essential website functions run without optional analytics or advertising storage. Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Meta Pixel, and attribution storage are activated only according to your selected consent state.
Cookie settings can be reopened from the main navigation across the site and from the homepage footer. If you refuse optional tracking, NetFi does not retain non-essential attribution data in browser storage or forward that attribution into checkout.
4. How We Share Data
We do not sell personal data. We share data only when needed with service providers and processors supporting the current NetFi service, including:
- Stripe for payments, subscriptions, invoices, billing records, and related transaction metadata.
- Supabase for authentication, account management, and application database services.
- Google Cloud Run and related Google Cloud infrastructure for application hosting, plus Vercel Analytics where consent applies.
- Google Maps / Google geocoding when you submit an optional coverage-check lookup.
- Resend for transactional emails such as order confirmations and service emails.
- Google Analytics and Meta only where the relevant optional consent has been granted.
- Logistics, support, and professional advisers where needed to operate the service or comply with law.
We may also disclose data where required by law or valid legal process.
5. International Transfers
Some of our providers may process personal data outside Ireland or the EEA. Where that happens, NetFi relies on recognised transfer safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses together with the provider's contractual and technical measures.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose collected and under our legal or operational retention obligations. Current retention expectations include:
- Cookie consent preferences remain in browser storage until you change them or clear browser storage.
- Consent-aware attribution data remains in browser storage for up to 30 days when optional consent exists.
- Coverage-check geocoding cache entries are held in application memory for up to 24 hours.
- Account, order, subscription, and support records are retained for the active relationship and then as needed for service administration.
- Financial, transaction, and accounting records may be retained for up to 7 years where required.
7. Required and Optional Data
Your name, email address, delivery address, product selection, and payment-related details are required to create and fulfil your order, create your NetFi account, deliver the device, and manage the contract. Optional analytics and advertising consent is not required to purchase from NetFi.
8. Your Rights
Under Irish and EU data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
To exercise your rights, contact rent.netfi@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
9. Security
NetFi applies technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No internet system is fully risk-free, but we continuously work to protect your information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The current version is always published on this page with the latest update date.
